The Microm HM 355 S microtome is designed for maximum stability, easy cleaning, and smooth operation. This microtome considers safety too: the break is automatically applied when sectioning motor is not running, the Motor is configured so that it cannot be started inadvertently, finger protectors prevent injury while using the microtome, and the it has an easily accessible, high-visibility, emergency stop button in case of emergency. Additionally, the HM 355S has a long stroke allowing vertical sectioning through samples in large cassettes. Dimensions: 410 x 520 x 280 mm.
